Our security guy has pointed out to me that I have - once again - gotten behind the storyline and posted another bit of story that cocked up what has gone before.

So, I'm going to go remove that post and let you know what you SHOULD be reacting to:

The bit about the quarantined people being transported from the docking area to a cargo bay shall remain.

The bit about the station firing on the Steadfast is hereby deleted. It DOES have a weapon lock on the Steadfast, however. So please react to it that way.

Hello all...

Thanks to those of you staying active. It is *really* appreciated!

I've heard from Mark and he's doing well. Very well in fact. He's been promoted at work and that means that he has to spend some time going through certificatins and such. Which means that his LOA has been extended a bit longer than he expected.

I'm sure he'll come back with lots of great new missions for us when he returns!

As for this one, I'd kind of like to get it wrapped up. So...in a week's time, this mission should be done and over. We'll get our crew settled and then go off and find some more trouble to get ourselves into - in the great and glorious tradition of Trek!

Oh, and there will be awards given out at the end of the mission as well! So that should come next Thursday or Friday!

Hello all...

I finally got service people to my house and they fixed the internet service that's been down for about three weeks now. Which means I can finally get back into action along with the rest of you and not try to manage the simm from my Droid.

I see the posts have picked up, good job. Those of you who haven't yet, please get back into it and make some posts!

Hello everyone,

I'm having internet connection problems right now - I'm reduced to having internet at work (if I'm not super busy training a new person, which I am) and when I get to a coffee shop or other wireless connected place with a power outlet.

Yet, checking the crew activity, I find that nothing has been posted in at least two weeks. I know that a tag has been sitting unanswered for longer than that - which has almost tied up two other characters.

I have also removed three of the new players for extreme lack of activity (none of whom even bothered to post after joining the simm...one of which didn't even bother to log into the site.)

At this point, I want to see everyone log in and update any JPs they may be involved in and/or make a post. We have the ship adrift, a riot going on in the docking station so there *is* something for every character to do.

If this doesn't happen - within the next two days - then on Wednesday I will issue strikes to those who have failed in this. I don't want to do that so let's get in and get updated.

As always, if you need guidance, help, support or just to get something going with your characters, send me a message. I can answer email still (due to my smartphone) so I'll do my best to keep up.

I've had an update from Mark (Commander Rolandson) and we're hoping to see him return to normal in as little as two weeks or the end of the month. Let's have the ship ready for a whole new mission when he gets back.
